Terms & Conditions of Manufacturing

1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a digital 3D proof, quotation, or placing a production order with XCB Packaging (the wholesale division of XCustomBox), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all custom packaging manufacturing, proof approvals, payment schedules, and freight dispatch.

2. Free 3D Proofing & Approval SLA

Every custom order includes complimentary 24-hour digital 3D mockup rendering and dieline preparation. Production does not commence until the client signs off on the final 300 DPI print dieline proof. Once a proof is approved in writing, artwork modifications cannot be accepted once plates and die-blocks are cast.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Setup Charges

Our standard manufacturing minimum order quantity is 100 units for custom printed folding cartons, corrugated mailers, and luxury rigid boxes. We charge $0 setup fees and $0 plate charges for standard order specifications.

4. Production Lead Times

Standard production time runs between 6 to 8 business days following client proof sign-off and order confirmation. Peak seasonal periods (e.g. Q4 holiday rush) may require extended lead times which are clearly communicated upfront prior to deposit.

5. Color Matching & Tolerance Standards

Printing complies with standard international ISO offset printing tolerances. CMYK process printing matches within industry-standard delta-E variance. For critical brand color fidelity, clients are encouraged to provide specified Pantone PMS spot color codes.
