When you submit a quote request, sample inquiry, or contact form, we collect your name, business email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, shipping destination, and packaging artwork files.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for legitimate B2B business purposes:

Generating photorealistic 3D unboxing proofs and vector dieline templates within 24 hours.
Providing custom wholesale factory pricing and tier quotations.
Executing pre-press file verification and production scheduling.
Delivering door-to-door freight tracking and order dispatch notifications.

3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Confidentiality (NDA Protection)

We treat your proprietary dielines, brand logos, Canva designs, and packaging artwork with strict confidentiality. Your artwork is never licensed, reused, or shared with third parties. Standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request prior to sharing proprietary designs.

4. Zero Third-Party Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party data brokers or marketing firms. Data is shared solely with certified courier partners (DHL, FedEx, freight logistics) for customs clearance and doorstep delivery.
