1. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Door-to-Door Freight

XCB Packaging provides seamless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door shipping for custom packaging orders delivered to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Under DDP terms, all international import duties, port clearance, customs tariffs, and dock handling charges are prepaid and managed by our logistics team. You receive your shipment directly at your commercial warehouse or office with zero surprise customs fees.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer two primary dispatch methods based on order urgency and volume:

• Air Express Freight (DHL / FedEx / Air Cargo): 5 to 7 business days door-to-door. Ideal for fast replenishment and 100–500 unit runs.
• Ocean / Sea Freight (Full Container & LCL): 20 to 28 business days. The most cost-effective solution for large-scale wholesale production runs (1,000+ units).

3. Quality Guarantee & Inspection Policy

Every packaging batch undergoes stringent multi-point quality control prior to pallet wrapping, including caliper thickness checks, burst strength testing, and print color comparison against approved digital proofs. Because custom packaging is manufactured specifically to client dimensions and artwork, finished goods cannot be restocked for general resale.

4. Defect Claims & Rapid Reruns

In the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing deviation from the signed digital dieline, claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with photographic documentation. If verified by our QC team, we will immediately produce a replacement batch or issue an agreed credit adjustment.
